Will Tamplin joined Fairlead Strategies in June 2021 as a Junior Analyst after graduating with honors from the University of Richmond with a BSBA.

While at the University of Richmond, Will concentrated in Finance including coursework dedicated to technical analysis and data analytics.

Will held an internship with Matrix Capital Markets Group in the summer of 2020 during which he honed his analytical skills. He is a registered investment advisor and helps facilitate Fairlead Strategies research and consulting services. His passion for markets developed at a young age with the inspiration of his father, who instilled his technical approach.

Will has cleared all three levels of the Chartered Market Technician® exams and expects to receive his charter in 2024.

In his free time, Will enjoys playing golf after having played competitively as a student-athlete on the UR Spider golf team.
