Steve Vargas is a Chartered Market Technician and a charting specialist. He currently serves as a Senior Consultant for Thompson Reuters.

Steve is a graduate of the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University where he studied Finance. He works with portfolio managers and traders in building and designing technical indicators and back-testing them for all markets in which they are involved. He specializes in relative volatility analysis and its application towards technical analysis.
