Rick Casella has over 25 years of experience in institutional research, sales, trading, technical analysis, and senior management. He is currently the Managing Director of US Institutional Equities at INTL FCStone, and was previously the Managing Director, Head of U.S. Capital Markets and Head of Technical & Quantitative Analysis with BullTick, LLC. Before BullTick, Rick was a Partner with Pacific Crest Securities, which he joined in 2001 and later became responsible for opening, building, and managing its Boston Office. Prior to joining Pacific Crest he was Managing Director & Head of Boston Trading with Dain Rauscher Wessels, and Head of Boston Trading with SBC Warburg.

Across these roles, Rick has been responsible for covering some of his firm’s largest accounts while serving as sales-trader and technical analyst. Throughout his career he has utilized his vast skill set to add a scarcity value to the firms he has worked for and to the clients he has served. Currently Chairman of the South Florida Chapter, Rick is also a past Chairman of the CMT Association Boston Chapter. Upon the completion of the sale of Pacific Crest to Key Bank, Rick relocated to join his wife and daughter in South Florida. Rick is a cum laude Honors graduate of Boston College and active in the Boston College Alumni Association.
