Ina D’Souza is an Organisational Development Consultant. She helps corporations and non-profits with the application of Systems Thinking to their people management processes. Till 2020, she was the head of the Human Resources department for deGustibus Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Pre-COVID-19, the Company had 16 restaurant outlets under various brands and employed 1000+ people across the spectrum of skill, knowledge and education.

 

Ina is a proponent “Karma Yog”, helping firms apply ancient Indian philosophy to modern OD practice with business impact.

 

She has MBAs in HR from IFIM Business School in Bengaluru and Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. She has completed additional courses in Organisational Development with TISS and OD Alternatives. She is certified in talent management, design thinking and gamification.

 

Prior to deGustibus, Ina worked at financial technology and data companies like Bloomberg, Dow Jones and Reuters (now Refinitiv). Her last stint was at the Times Group (MagicBricks) where she was Training Manager.

 

She writes on HR and OD related topics for news publications and on LinkedIn.  Ina is also a yoga instructor, certified by The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. While she likes human beings, she is far more passionate about animals and the environment.
