Chris Wilson is a Private Investor and Executive Professor at the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
Chris Wilson is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Accounting in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration in 1990 from the Mays Business School. He holds professional designations as a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and a Charter Market Technician (CMT) from the CMT Association.
Chris has been professionally involved in the financial markets for thirty years. He was Vice President/Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, managing portfolios for Endowments, Trust accounts, and high net-worth individuals. For the last 18 years, he has worked as a Private Investor in the financial markets using fundamental, economic, sector, and technical analysis.
In January 2022, he was invited to serve as an Executive Professor in the Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Technical Analysis, Introduction to Securities and Commodities Trading, and Corporate Finance. He is a member of the Steering Committee for the Master of Science in Finance (MSF) at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
