Andy Wong, who holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, is the Chief Investment Strategist of Investment Research at Harris Fraser Group Limited. He covers the global markets and provides investment strategies across different asset classes. He is also an investment manager, focusing on mutual funds, ETFs and equities.

Andy is frequently interviewed by Hong Kong and international financial journals. He also lectures at investment education seminars. Recently, he published an ETF-related book in Hong Kong. He holds the professional qualification of Associate Financial Planner (AFP) as well as his CMT, and he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
