Andy Bell, who holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, is an Investment Analyst at JRA Financial who has been actively involved with the CMT Association for several years. Prior to joining JRA, Andy was with Piper Jaffray, starting out in the Global Middle Office and eventually working his way to Equity Trading. Andy is FINRA Series 7, 55 and 63 certified in addition to his CMT designation. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Winona State University.
