Alfred Ka Chun Ma received his B.Sc. and MPhil degree in Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and his Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from Columbia University. He is now a Managing Director in CASH Axiom Capital Limited. He is a CFA charterholder, a Professional Risk Manager, and an Associate of Society of Actuaries.
